Custom Cruisers Returns policy please read .

Please note: Returns must be notified via telephone fax or email within 48 hours of receipt and returned in original packaging with a copy of invoice and a letter stating the reason for return.

Please call for a returns number 01773835666 and put this on the parcel .


If you receive a parcel which has been damaged en route, please ensure you have signed 'contents unchecked' on the delivery note - THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT, this will enable us to claim against the carrier.  If we cannot claim then we may be unable to make a refund if you have not signed for as unchecked or damaged.

Cooling Off: You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 working days after receipt of your goods, this cooling off period does not apply to goods that have been custom made to the customers requirements.


We will endeavour to refund your money in the same method used to make payment. Refunds are usually done on Fridays due to workload this time of year .

Under the terms of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), we are not liable, and do not refund the cost of returning items unless they are faulty.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on helmets for Hygienic reasons.

Under these regulations, consumers are reminded they have a statutory duty whilst in possession of the goods to take reasonable care of them, and package them adequately, to avoid transit damage on return.
(This why you should retain the original packaging).

If an item is ordered incorrectly due to no fault of ours we reserve the right to charge up to 15% if we are charged by our suppliers we will pass the cost on to you ,this does not apply to our normal stock items if returned as above ie resellable condition.

If the goods are returned simply because of a 'change of heart', then the return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. In this case, we can only accept the return of your item within 30 days of purchase, providing they are received back to us UNUSED and undamaged, complete with ALL tags in place, and protective films where applicable and in the undamaged Manufacturers packaging.
